Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, commissioning and operation of latest generation Aluminium foil Mill
∎ Ensure maximum operational efficiency of the machineries including rolling, separating, girding,shifting
∎ He has to lead a project team to commission entire rolling
∎ Guide team for Aluminium foil rolling ingot scalping, preheating, hot rolling, cold rolling and finishing lines like slitters, cut to length, roll former etc
∎ Supervise the operation of rolling, separating and roll-grinding
∎ Operating Centurial coating/slitting equipment,(muilti slitting at gauges up to 0.450 micron),to exacting customer specifications
∎ Able to demonstrate a broad EH&S knowledge base and ability to drive change through proactive risk assessment, safe systems of work and positive reinforcement of good behavioral safety
∎ Manage the operations (manufacturing and maintenance) of the rolling mill
∎ Ensure usages of Aluminium Foil with correct specification for desired product
∎ Ensure ZERO/set wastage level
∎ Second to management team in final 6 months, supporting the EHS Manager in attaining OHSAS 18001 accreditation; waste stream analysis project for renewal of ISO 140001 (2013);complete audit and review of risk assessment /Puwer assessment registers
∎ Fault finding and diagnostics with automation and mechanical teams
∎ Supervision optimize quality, speed and throughput of 6 micron and above converter foils. Meeting OTIF and recovery target
∎ Operate ultra-light gauge separator to OEM quality standards in a new build plant.Lean manufacturing routes identified
∎ Operation Tension Leveling Line, packing and Hot band Coil Packing for worldwide distribution
∎ Safety observation &guide growth of a good EHS culture
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the Aluminium Foil Manufacturing Industry will be given preference
∎ Must have computer literacy
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.
