Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing over all supervision of the factories and Marketing all activities. also responsible for supervising and coordinating all production process, and shipment works.
∎ Develop and define critical performance metrics to control processes.
∎ Measure performance, and guide corrective action.
∎ Direction to all personnel activities including staffing, employee relations, goal setting, personal development, performance reviews, discipline and terminations.
∎ Contribute to the evaluation and development of operational strategy and performance goals and objectives in cooperation with executive team.
∎ Manage budgets, schedules, and key operating metrics, Formulate, manage and control production operating budget and ensure that manufacturing costs are within budget.
∎ He is also capable of all kinds of technical mater and Maintenance matters.
