JK Lifestyle Limited is a growing and diversified business organization with operations spanning the healthcare, and consumer-focused sectors. As part of our continued growth and expansion plan, we are seeking an experienced and strategic COO(Chief Operating Officer) to oversee operations across all group companies, drive business performance, and support the Managing Director/CM/ DMD in achieving the Group's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of all group companies, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.

•Work closely with the Managing Director/ Management Board to develop and execute the Group's strategic business plans.

•Verify that Process, Reporting System, Meeting Structure and KPI System are properly in place at every Concern.

•Monitor performance (KPIs, P&L, budgets) of each business unit and drive corrective action where needed.

•Standardize processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks across all subsidiaries.

•Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing leadership team across the Group.

•Identify new business opportunities, cost synergies, and areas for operational improvement.

•Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements across all entities.

•Represent the Group in key business meetings, negotiations, and stakeholder engagements.

•Collect and review each Concern's Monthly Sales Report, Operational Report, Growth Report and Problem Report.

•Identify execution gaps (e.g., Ultimate Organic Life outlet growth/inventory issues, Health Revolution patient numbers/doctor performance, JK Food Arena food cost/expansion) and coordinate resolution with Concern Heads on a dotted-line basis.

•Oversee all the departments like Sales, Doctors, Nutritionist, Lab, Customer Service, HR, Administration, Accounts & Finance, Supply Chain, and administrative functions at the group level in coordination with respective heads.

•Escalate to the Group Management body any issue a Concern cannot resolve on its own.
