Education:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Master's Degree in Finance / Accounting / Marketing or Equivalent.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the Capital Market.
∎ Possess in-depth knowledge about trading, Share market, and stock valuation methods.
∎ Committed to maintaining all regulatory compliances.
∎ Ensure full adherence to established rules and regulations of BSEC, DSE, BB, and other regulatory authorities.
∎ Knowledge about stock dealers, stock brokers, and Authorized Representative Rules & Regulations.
∎ Should have own client base funds to boost up the trade volume of the capital market.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Increase the Client Base.
∎ Meet the company's target volume of transactions each month minimum Taka 6 Crore and above.
∎ Upsurge the Fund size gradually.
∎ Meet the company’s Key Performance Indicators.
∎ Ensure compliance requirements of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission, Bangladesh Bank, Dhaka/Chittagong stock exchanges, and RJSC for the listed companies.
∎ Prepare minutes of the Board meetings, other meetings, and General meetings of the shareholders and provide management with Extracts as needed.
∎ Arrange timely submission of statutory/regulatory reports and returns and ensure compliance. Maintain the necessary registers as required by the Companies Act.
∎ Remain fully conversant with all pertinent, laws, regulations, official notifications, and guidelines. Also, keep up to date on the above and advise the Board and Management of any important/material changes.
∎ Maintain liaison with RJSC, BSEC, and other government bodies and act as the focal point in dealing with these bodies.
∎ Carry out any other duties as directed by the Management occasionally.
