∎ MBA/ MBM/ Masters or equivalent in any discipline from reputed public/ private university with good academic record.
∎ Candidates having CA/ ACCA/ CMA/ CS/ CFA (Partly Qualified) and Post Graduate Diploma in Capital Market will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make major strategic decisions, mange overall operations and resources and become the public face of the company;
∎ To lead the implementation of the business strategies and policies as per guiding principles;
∎ To drive a sustainable growth , through revenue maximization;
∎ To explore new business ideas, acquire sustainable growth, monitor market dynamics and make investments decisions based on market insights even in the difficult times;
∎ To explore new business ideas, acquire sustainable customer base and corporate level service agreement;
∎ Set performance indicators to build the health of a sustainable organization;
∎ To make decisions in the best interest of the Board of Directors, employees and customers;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Skills Required: asset management, Portfolio Management, Trading of Securities
∎ Age at most 45 years but for deserving candidate it may be relaxed.
∎ At least 12 years working experience in any leading Brokerage house / Merchant Bank out of which at least 03 years in any senior role (at least Assistant General Manager) in a brokerage house.
∎ Competencies & skills;
∎ Extensive knowledge on capital market investment, portfolio management and relevant regulations;
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla;
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
∎ Self-motivated and able to work with initiative.
