Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your yearly marketing target will be minimum USD 150 Million and average FOB will be USD 2.50.
∎ Beside of Europe & America you must search new marketing area like- Japan, Australia, etc.
∎ Forecast and respond favorably to emerging customer buying behaviors.
∎ Interface with Strategic Apex, Operations, Logistics, Marketing and merchandising and other GS depts. And Organizations as needed.
∎ Provide thought leadership and act as the subject matter expert in the designing and recommending of appropriate analytical approaches and methodologies in addressing key issues within the business.
∎ Select, direct, develop, and discipline team members; coach and mentor employees and provide ongoing performance feedback.
∎ Utilize industry connections to source unique and exclusive product assortments.
∎ Strategy and planning future people Development.
∎ Foster an environment that welcomes change and that promotes high levels of ingenuity and creative thinking, risk tolerance, and collaboration.
∎ Set challenging objectives and communicate expectations. Manage productivity ranking and improve team's performance.
∎ Lead measurement framework development and define business KPIs alongside senior leaders across the organization.
∎ Responsible for effective and efficient T&A, order follow-up through the team and timely delivery of the goods and attaining the customer' confidence for repeat business; Create appropriate product matrix and customer affiliation to maximize business value.
∎ Provide guidance, set priorities, and assist direct reports with assigned tasks; Drive strategic development.
∎ Develop appropriate financial models, budgets, and business plans when requested.
∎ Responsible for driving data culture across the organization and promoting data-driven decision-making, consumer-driven analytics, effective promotional investments, and in-depth business casing while helping others build analytics stories to support their objectives.
∎ Perform ad-hoc analytical deep-dives on subjects such as category profitability, in space allocation targets, seasonal inventory allocations and other focused areas of evaluation related to Category Management.
∎ Help design and run standard reports ranging from KPI dashboards, operational performance, marketing channel performance, customer segment activity, store performance, promotion performance, etc.
∎ Working closely with IT, help in the design and development, and on-going growth, of the central data warehouse. Providing input on data elements to capture, reporting data needs and custom data cubes.
