Responsibilities & Context:

      Requirements & Skills

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

      • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role.

      • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

      • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive branch success.

      • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and financial management tools.

      • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

      • Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
