Experience:

Deep understanding of aesthetic, wellness, or regenerative medicine markets in Bangladesh.
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
Strategic mindset with hands-on operational expertise.
Excellent communication in English and Bangla.
Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic industry.
At least 3–5 years in senior management with responsibility for business development or strategic growth.

To support our growth and vision of excellence, we are seeking a proactive, strategic, and business-minded COO who will oversee daily operations and drive business development initiatives to position us as a leader in this rapidly growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional patient experience.
Design and implement strategies for market growth, brand positioning, and service diversification.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and service lines in the aesthetic & regenerative space.
Drive business growth activities, including targeted promotions, service innovation, and revenue optimization plans.
Develop and execute market extension strategies to enter new areas and reach broader client segments.
Increase B2B engagement by building partnerships with corporate wellness programs, clinics, hospitals, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
Identify, approach, and onboard renowned consultants and specialists to enhance service portfolio and strengthen brand reputation.
Provide strategic direction on content creation, ensuring informative, engaging, and brand-aligned materials for digital and offline use.
Oversee and contribute to digital marketing initiatives including social media campaigns, SEO, paid ads, and influencer collaborations to boost market presence.
Guide department heads (Clinical, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to achieve operational excellence and revenue targets.
Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to ensure sustainable profitability.
Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and patient-centered care.
Collaborate closely with the Director/Managing Director on long-term strategic planning.
Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Represent the center at professional networks, industry events, and partnership meetings.
