Job Responsibilities:
∎ (For Mechanic)
∎ The selected candidate will give leadership to a team of mechanics working across Sewing, Sample Room, Folder Room, R&D etc. This position will carry the responsibility of running the production end to end smoothly without any interruptions by making sure the machinery has a 100% uptime. Preventive and Scheduled maintenance will be key functionalities on this job role along with having proper machine inventory system. Further this person will be part of R&D team to bring value beyond routine mechanical functionalities by contributing to automation and SMV saving.
∎ (For Electrician)
∎ The selected candidate will give leadership to a team of electricians and will be responsible for all electrical equipment’s functionality, troubleshooting, maintenance and overall performance thus providing an uninterrupted service the manufacturing team. The selected candidate will be tasked with scheduled and preventive maintenance, zero down time, effective energy saving, use of renewable energy, environment, research and development from the relevant area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ (For Mechanical )
∎ Hands on experience in Sewing Machinery and folders
∎ Knowledge in TPM
∎ Experience working in a synthetic/knit factory will be an added advantage
∎ (For Electrical)
∎ Experience in maintaining Generator, Boiler, Compressor, Cogeneration equipment
∎ Knowledge of electrical panels and BBT
∎ Knowledge on compliance and environmental requirements related to the field
