Job Context:
∎ The company is one of the largest group of companies in Bangladesh . The company operates in the field of property development & construction sector, having build commercial, residential projects & developing projects for the Bangladesh government. The group also operates one of the largest fleet of vessels within the country & consist of companies that may provide end to end logistical support. The company also manufactures & trades building materials such as stone, cement, steel, & plastic products. The founder and Managing Director of the company is a 3rd Parliamentary Member of the Republic of Bangladesh government.
∎ As a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) you are responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of an organization`s marketing and advertising initiatives. Reporting directly to the Board of Director, your primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.
∎ As a senior-level marketing professional, you must be both analytical and creative, and possess extensive knowledge in a variety of disciplines such as production, information technology, legal and finance. CMOs often plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance to organizational goals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The main function of a chief marketing officer is to help the company increase its revenues by creating a marketing plan that gives the company a competitive advantage. To help achieve the company's objectives, the CMO is required to possess skills in business and marketing. Some of the roles and responsibilities that a CMO is required to perform in the corporate world include:
∎ Brand management.
∎ Market research.
∎ Marketing communications.
∎ Product management.
∎ "Listen" to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company
∎ Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands
∎ Define marketing strategies to support the company's overall strategies and objectives
∎ Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation
∎ Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company's unique "voice"
∎ Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
∎ Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
∎ Create a solid network of strategic partnerships

∎ Strong Leadership & Communication Skill
∎ Should have excellent language proficiency in English,
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relation,

∎ Have to be detail oriented and efficient in handling pressure,
