Job Context:
∎ Technical Support engineer will be responsible for sell complex terms of products or services to businesses. He/She must have extensive knowledge of the products, parts and functions and must understand the scientific processes that make these products work. He/ She also responsible for giving technical presentations, doing other tasks related to sales, such as market research. They also may ask for technical requirements from customers and modify and adjust products to meet customers` specific needs.
∎ For this position we are seeking that candidates they must have real experience on Technical support in cement industry.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit govt, semi govt, autonomous, private Engineering department/ organization.
∎ Meet engineers of different organizations.
∎ Discuss with engineers about our product and maintain relationship with engineers.
∎ Visit developers office, site and consultant office.
∎ Visit all project sites, construction sites (private & govt. works) and collect information.
∎ Collect project information from govt.,semi govt., autonomous, private offices.
∎ Attend mason meet program as resource person.
∎ Complaints handling, visit complained site and give suggestions to solve problem.
∎ Contact with client about technical matter and our product.
∎ Keep liaison with sales and marketing person to create new client and sales proposal.
∎ Try to develop new client and maintain relationship with existing client about technical
∎ matter.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge in engineering materials, Excellent communication skill, MS office, Auto Cad software

Salary: Negotiable
