∎ Practical strategies for achieving organic search rankings for major keywords.
∎ Strong competency with Google Webmaster and Google Analytics.
∎ Solid understanding of online sales processes and customer journey.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing with a strong track record of success.
∎ At least 3 years in a leadership role, focusing on supervising and developing team members.
∎ Experience in cross-functional collaboration to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
∎ Proven ability to manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, PPC, and social media.
∎ Strong skills in data analysis and performance optimization of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the marketing department by overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all digital marketing activities—such as SEO, PPC, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, and offline activation—are executed effectively and aligned with company goals.
∎ Drive strategic planning for comprehensive marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services, fostering innovation and collaboration within the team.
∎ Design and manage the overall digital marketing strategy, including marketing databases and email/display advertising campaigns, to maximize reach and engagement.
∎ Oversee budget development and management, collaborating with the UAE office to ensure financial efficiency and accountable campaign reporting.
∎ Elevate social media strategy by leading the design and implementation of impactful campaigns while utilizing metrics to monitor performance and engagement.
∎ Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing performance using KPIs to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies, providing actionable insights to the executive team.
∎ Collaborate with external partners and industry experts to refine marketing strategies and drive business growth through innovative practices.
∎ Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies, ensuring the marketing team is equipped with the latest tools and knowledge required for success.
∎ Evaluate and analyze key metrics that influence website traffic and customer engagement, driving informed, data-driven decisions.
∎ Proactively build customer relationships on a global scale, focusing on lead generation and conversion strategies.
∎ Cultivate a high-performance team culture by facilitating regular brainstorming sessions to assess new growth opportunities and innovative strategies.
∎ Manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants, ensuring project alignment with company objectives and timelines.
