Key Responsibilities (Executive Leadership & Commercial Ownership):
Architect and lead the organization`s end-to-end marketing, sales, and business development strategy to deliver aggressive and sustainable growth
Own and drive revenue performance, profitability, and market share expansion across all business units
Provide board-level strategic insights based on market intelligence, financial outcomes, and competitive dynamics
Build and lead a high-performance commercial organization, ensuring accountability, scalability, and execution excellence
Establish and enforce sales governance frameworks, including forecasting, pipeline discipline, and KPI-driven performance management
Spearhead market expansion and diversification initiatives, including new territories, channels, and strategic partnerships
