Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Consult with clients to create custom and efficient travel itineraries within their budget, while exceeding expectations.
∎ Plan, develop & manage tour packages for domestic and international passengers.
∎ Arrange complex international business/personal/leisure travel of all types including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation.
∎ Develop & maintain business relationship through regular contact, communication and office visits.
∎ Must have strong relation with local Govt. Administration to get support for foreign visitors' travel to different tourist places in Bangladesh.
∎ Should have strong business network with airlines, bus, cruise and other service providers in order to serve inbound & outbound guests.
∎ Adeptly handle air ticket reservations through Galileo & Sabre.
∎ Provide up to date advice on travel regulations.
∎ Coordinate with higher management & deploy necessary resources to achieve business goals.
∎ Should have knowledge related to Online travel agency (OTA).
∎ Should be able to solve online travel agency portal related problems.
∎ Should be accustomed to OTA portal administration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Training/Trade Course: Completion of certificate course on reservation from ATAB will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Networking and interpersonal skills, Self-motivated, Goal oriented.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour Guide, Travel Agent
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Tour Operator, Travel Agent and Online Travel agency.
∎ Strong English communication & Computer skill.
