Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have knowledge of the Travel trade and Online Travel Agencies.
∎ Find ways to both monitor and improve customer satisfaction rates.
∎ Revise and optimize store policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
∎ Create and implement a business plan and strategy for our agency based on pre-discussed KPIs (number of sales, average spend, customer footfall, etc.)
∎ Set targets and objectives for both the agency as a whole as well as individual team members.
∎ Actively find ways to better promote our agency to increase our customer base and footfall on site.
∎ Report progress and present store statistics to our board of directors on a regular basis (e.g. quarterly)
∎ Lead the team and guide, assist, and support where necessary to ensure great employee satisfaction and retention.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of experience running in an Online Travel Agency and managing a team.
∎ Expert at sales, commission and a strong negotiator.
∎ Good working knowledge of marketing techniques is highly preferred; you need to find ways to market our business better!
∎ Negotiate pricing and commission models with external stakeholders and partner travel companies.
∎ Highly analytical and strategic mindset.
∎ Incredibly organized and structured in your work area.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to clearly communicate and present store progress to our board of directors.
Salary: Negotiable
