Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in Accounting/ Finance with FCA / FCMA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To practice the strategic finance and accounts policies, rules & regulations
∎ To ensure reports for finance and accounts as MIS and each type of business data confirmation
∎ To monitor Risk and Return, Cash-flow management, and Financial Planning, Working-capital Management, Cash and Marketable Securities Management
∎ Monitoring the financial performance of the operation, analyze data, and ensure accountability of CEO, COO & other stakeholders
∎ Responsible To ensure all regulatory compliances to connect the company Act, Income tax, Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, Tax Return, VAT and Costing, Product pricing, Fund Management, Investment, Insurance, Banking issues, Inventory analyses and such others to maximize business success etc.
∎ Responsible for annual budget preparation and Implementation, project viability analysis, asset management, Risk management.
∎ Maintaining liaison in-between the regulatory bodies and company's Advisors, investors & auditors.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years

∎ Able to work under pressure.
