∎ ICMA qualified with Masters/ MBA (Accounting/ Finance) from any reputed Institutes/ Universities with good academic record.

∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, Company Secretary/ Share Division, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ a) Costing
∎ Perform month end close activities related to Cost Accounting.
∎ Prepare actual vs. plan (budget) analysis. Prepare various financial analysis related to manufacturing costs, inventory, and expense information for various customers as needed for decision making support.
∎ Set up new raw material, packaging, WIP, and FG items; create and maintain production BOMs; maintain periodic cost rolls/updates
∎ Records cost information for use in controlling expenditures.
∎ Prepares estimates of new and proposed product or service costs.
∎ Provides management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
∎ Develop and maintain standard costs of finished goods and production components in a worldwide ERP system.
∎ Maintain and improve processes and controls associated with manufacturing costs and inventory valuation.
∎ Lead and manage the quarterly excess and obsolete inventory review process.
∎ Ensure validity and accuracy of ERP through analysis, internal audit, and coordination with inventory control, production and work order processing.
∎ b) Accounting & Financing
∎ Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
∎ Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
∎ Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
∎ Take hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system.
∎ Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders.
∎ Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.
∎ Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, financial forecasting, and budgets.
∎ Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, mass salary updates, ledger, and account maintenance.
∎ Approve and coordinate changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company.
∎ Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Associate Cost & Management Accountant (ACMA)• Large manufacturing industry experience a plus Hands on ERP experience preferred
∎ 5+ years of accounting experience; cost accounting preferred
∎ 3+ years of operational experience, especially with inventory
∎ Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
∎ Excellent communication skills and high confidence in stating professional opinions
∎ Strong grasp of GAAP accounting and general accounting concepts
∎ Extremely strong Excel skills, especially advanced financial modeling and analytical techniques
∎ Demonstrated ability to streamline and automate complex processes
