Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
∎ Expertise in VAT, taxation, and audit risk management to safeguard the company’s interests.
∎ Oversee the annual budgeting process and ensure adherence to financial plans.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure funding and manage cash flow.
∎ Conduct detailed financial analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings and profitability.
∎ Ensure compliance with corporate governance and international accounting standards.
∎ Sagar Jute Mill, a 40-year-old legacy jute spinning mill with a workforce of 500 laborers and 300 employees, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.
