Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and prepare all kinds of vouchers, cashbooks, bankbooks, disbursements, receipts general ledger on a day-to-day basis and ensures expenses are reasonable, allowable to the organization.
∎ Maintain daily accounts and ledger of the organization.
∎ Keep track of all the financial transactions (bank and cash).
∎ Prepare all relevant papers and statements needed for the audit process.
∎ Prepares regular financial reports and works with finance ledger for timely submission of reports.
∎ Prepare monthly logistic report to respective authority.
∎ Submission of Govt. VAT & Tax Return and other works.S
∎ hould have knowledge to operate Accounting Software.
∎ Coordination and completion of quarterly & annual audits in compliance with local law and group requirement.
∎ Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions in guidance with reporting supervisor / management banking & other’s works.
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
