Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/ MBA in any discipline from reputed university/ institution and
∎ ACA/FCA Must have 07 years experience
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA, CC,CFO
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Accounts Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops tax and financial strategies;
∎ Oversees budgeting processes;
∎ Reviews and approves certain forms, such as 8-Ks, 10-Ks, and 10-Qs;
∎ Makes reports that deal with potential risks and solutions as well as the company's overall financial state and presents those reports to the executive board;
∎ Ensures the company remains in line with personal and Corporate tax regulations; Implement proper reporting system for controlling and monitoring of all financial transactions;
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to Insurance Act, Company Act, Income Tax, VAT etc.
∎ To lead the overall Finance & Accounts team and also to look after the financial activities & financial management of the company, including- Accounts management, cost management, budgeting and forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, fund management etc. to achieve company's short and long-term financial goals.
∎ To take part on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
∎ To ensure Cash flows appropriate for the company's operations.
∎ To assist management to formulate and administer financial policy to ensure that financial discipline is maintained in the organization effectively and efficiently.
∎ To monitor & direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
∎ To ensure that all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the provisions of the Statutory / Regulatory bodies and in compliance with the Bangladesh and International Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards etc.
∎ To monitor & evaluate company's fundraising plans and capital structure
∎ To monitor all open legal issues involving the company and legal issues affecting the investment.
∎ To prepare & submit reliable current and forecasting reports of the fund flows of the company.
∎ To develop policies regarding financial management, Tax management & VAT strategies and implement thereon.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years

∎ Knowledges over L/c operation is essential
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Two festival bonus, profit sharing, subsidies lunch.
