∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and Finance, Corporate Finance, Fund Sourcing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Financial Consultants, Manufacturing (FMCG), Sweater Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Financial Strategy, Planning and Management
∎ Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the organization regarding long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.
∎ Arrange funds from Local/Foreign Banks/ Financial Institutions.
∎ Prepare documents and accounts for IPO.
∎ Liaison with bank & legislative authorities such as Tax/Custom/VAT
∎ Ensure various documentation of Vat, Tax, Insurance division and Tax Return of Company management.
∎ Follow up receivable collection and balances.
∎ Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget.
∎ Books & Record keeping for all sorts of accounting documents.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
∎ Follow up internal control & fixed assets detailed recording in file.
∎ Reconcile financial statements.
∎ Oversee the month-end close process, constantly reviewing procedures while eliminating inefficiencies.

∎ Age at least 40 years

∎ Should have adequate knowledge in fund sourcing and IPO related works
