Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/She will lead as Head of Brokerage House of the Company. The ideal candidate will assume overall responsibility at all operations of the brokerage business.
∎ He/She will be expected to operate the business in compliance with the rules and procedures of the regulatory bodies of BSEC, DSE, CSE, RJSC, CDBL etc.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ The incumbent should have at least 10 (Ten) years experience in any Top 30 Brokerage/ Securities House.
∎ At least 5 (Five) years' experience as COO or equivalent 2nd position.
∎ Candidates having experience with working in key business development positions of brokerage companies would be given preference.
