∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support operations and administration of the Board;
∎ Convene Board meetings in consultation with the Chairman/MD of the company;
∎ Ensure AGM of the company;
∎ Keep the Board aware of the company's performance;
∎ Meets regularly and as required with the Chair of the Board and other Board members to ensure they are provided with all information in a timely manner;
∎ Ensure that the company complies with its Memorandum and Articles of Association and drafting and incorporating amendments in accordance with correct procedures;
∎ Formulates policies and planning recommendations to the Board;
∎ Oversees operations of the organization;
∎ Other tasks as assigned by the Board;
