Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the CEO of EMES Securities Limited, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving growth, and ensuring the overall success of our Capital Market operations.
∎ Developing and executing a forward-thinking strategy to achieve the company's financial and operational objectives.
∎ Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the Capital Market.
∎ Overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and best practices.
∎ Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team of professionals.
∎ Identifying opportunities for innovation and growth in the rapidly evolving Capital Market landscape.
∎ Meeting and cooperating with the Board of Directors of the company to lead the organization that aligns with the overall strategic vision.
∎ Work for Anti-Money Laundering and combating Financing of Terrorism (AML & CFT) activities and keep a record of any suspicious transactions found.
∎ Oversee service portfolio including all branches & maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy and operational execution.
∎ To adopt Rules & Regulations: SEC Rules and regulations-1987, Stock dealer, Stockbroker & Authorized Representatives-2000, Settlement of Stock Exchange Transactions Regulations-1998, Depository user Regulations-2003
∎ Arrange an awareness program and a guide to investors for Investment policy, and the trading policy as per BSEC guidelines as & when required.
∎ Reporting to the Board of Directors of the Company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior leadership position within the Capital Market.
∎ Deep knowledge of Capital Market operations, financial products, and regulatory compliance.
∎ Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
∎ Deep knowledge of Monitor Credit Risk Management.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
∎ Must have experience in software operation
∎ Maintain good relations with the regulatory bodies.
