Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ M.Sc/ MA in Hotel / Tourism or relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generation of growth and consolidation of the Hotel by increasing income, reducing expenses and costs, increasing productivity and training staff, maintaining and renovating facilities, as well as updating systems, programs, and procedures.
∎ Completely focused on results through short-, mid-, and long-term strategic plans, since he is responsible for implementing and developing procedures, policies, plans, budgets, and improving the Sales of the Hotel that includes room occupancy , Catering , Event Management, Etc.
∎ Supervision, through the General Managers, of the business units that perform daily operations.
∎ Planning of activities via a work plan that has been designed jointly with the persons in charge of the business units.
∎ Efficient utilization of economic and operational resources and available facilities in order to generate greater output / Revenue in the Hotel.
∎ Supervision of All purchases.
∎ Supervision of equipment replacement and supplies for operations.
∎ Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team
∎ Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
∎ Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team
∎ Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
∎ Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
∎ Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
∎ Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure Hotel survival and growth
∎ Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and Hotel Industry.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial position in Hotel with proven track record for 2-3 Years.
∎ Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision for Similar 4 Start Hotel with an existing portfolio of Customers to be utilized in the hotel sales growth.
∎ Very Good and strong relations with the Social Clubs Members, Event Management Companies, Travel Agencies and any related business who have direct contact with the Hotel to Generate more Revenues.
∎ Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
∎ Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance,Sales, etc.
∎ An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
∎ Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent communication and public speaking skills In Bangla/English.
∎ Additional Languages will be added advantage.
