Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/post-graduation in Finance/Economics/Business/Marketing/Business or related disciplines. Chartered Accountants, Financial Analyst, Cost & Management Accountant or similar qualified professionals will get preference;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and lead the implementation of the business strategies and policies required to ensure achievement of profitability targets through revenue maximization;
∎ Maintains a detailed and current understanding of the industry, drive sustainable growth, monitor market development and make investment decisions accordingly in association with the investment committee;
∎ Ensure sustenance and deepen the existing customer relationships through high quality advisory services and regular market updates regarding their investment portfolios;
∎ Articulation of programs for exploitation of new business opportunities, acquisition of new customers and corporate level service agreement ;
∎ Set performance indicators, monitor and measure the performance while continually seeking the scope to improve the performance of the organization;
∎ Maintain effective liaison with regulators and all other stakeholders of the business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 years of experience in stock brokerage industry with demonstrated business development responsibilities, preferable to hold the position of CEO/Deputy CEO;
∎ Must have expertise in evaluating financial and investment information to make effective investment decision, relationship and sales management, customer service and administration;
∎ Excellent interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to network, generate new business and develop strong business relations.
