Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a highly experienced Chief Engineer to lead all engineering activities across our group of companies. The role focuses on ensuring technical excellence, leading engineering teams, and managing large-scale technical projects in coordination with the PMO.
The candidate will be responsible to :
Lead and supervise all engineering functions across projects and company units
Review, approve, and ensure accuracy of engineering designs, drawings, and specifications
Provide guidance on materials, Budgeting, technical approvals, and quality assurance
Conduct technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for large-scale projects
Lead the engineering team, mentor staff, and foster technical expertise
Resolve complex technical issues and implement innovative engineering solutions
Coordinate closely with the PMO to align engineering activities with project milestones, timelines, and technical deliverables
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements
