1. Supervise daily operations of the concierge desk, bell desk, doorman, and valet services.

2. Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and provide personalized assistance.

3. Coordinate transportation, restaurant reservations, event tickets, tours, and other guest needs.

4. Maintain a strong knowledge of local attractions, cultural events, and up-to-date city information.

5. Train, mentor, and schedule concierge and bell staff.

6. Handle VIP guest arrangements and special requests with utmost care and confidentiality.

7. Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B) to ensure guest satisfaction.

8. Maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and local businesses.

9. Address and resolve guest complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.

10. Ensure the concierge desk is organized, stocked, and guest-ready at all times.

11. Uphold hotel policies and procedures and maintain safety standards.
