Job Context:
∎ The Chief Business Officer (CBO) of RCU (Rupayan City Uttara) Division-1 (Revenue) is the overall head of the Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Services, CR, Loan & Registration, Facility Management, Land Acquisition and is responsible for the achievement of objectives as set out by the RCU management. This position is responsible for providing strategic, operational leadership.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create long term and short-term Business Development strategies to steer the revenue generation in the right direction.
∎ Align with the RCU management and ensure the organizational goals are aligned with their business objectives.
∎ Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the RCU management as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
∎ Be the decisive leader in creating a strong organization with a great performance culture.
∎ Establishing and developing a professional relationship with valuable Clients & channel Partners.
∎ Review and devise long-term sustainable plans.
∎ Align internal stakeholders and ensure the highest level of collaboration amongst particular teams.
∎ Create an environment of transparency with Pay per performance as the mantra.
∎ Create dynamic mechanism to generate sales from referral clients.
∎ Ensure effective planning mechanism and development of a successful plan for the organization.
∎ Evaluate company’s revenue structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.
∎ Ensure accurate and credible analysis of Sales, Brand Marketing reports & analysis for operational procedures.
∎ Create, improve, implement and enforce policies and procedures that will improve overall effectiveness of the organization.
∎ Closely work with CEO to develop a revenue projection and reporting mechanism.
∎ Develop/implement adequate systems and processes to ensure efficiency and fairness in the system.
∎ Maintain good relationship with target groups to increase sales volume.
∎ Ensure the business is carried out in a fair and ethical manner.
∎ Review the CRM reports and ensure satisfactory customer service.
∎ Maintain relationship with government regulatory authorities regarding business development plans.
∎ Find opportunities for MOU with various reputed financial institutes.
∎ Mentor and interact with Cluster Heads and Team Leaders to foster growth and encourage development among concern teams.
∎ Train and coach all collaborators and develop successors and proactively manage attrition risks at all times.
∎ Effectively manage top talents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 18 years’ experience and knowledge on working in similar positions, ideally in a big organization with varied businesses and having knowledge of different reputed Real Estate companies.
∎ Candidate should have work experience in Residential and Shopping Mall development project.
