Job Responsibilities:
∎ Over all responsible for production of bakery items, pastry and cakes.
∎ Responsible for Product planning, recipe finalization, developing sop and quality assurance.
∎ Make premium types of bakery Items, Confectionary & Savory Items International standard.
∎ Ensure nutrition value & recipes.
∎ Ensure SOP’s & recipes in process and educate all staffs as on required.
∎ Experienced to operate up-to-date Bakery machinery & maintain as per Manual.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ At least 8 years of work experience, Minimum 02 year in same position with large F&B industry.
∎ Fair Knowledge on personal hygiene is must and preferable knowledge in HACCP.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ Should be excellent team leader and also very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.
