• You will be responsible for providing the following meals for our guests: A: Indian Sub-continent (Thai, Chinese, Indian, Malay etc) Food
• B: Continental (Italian, Mexican, French and Spanish Food etc )
• The duties includes preparation of cooking, creating and developing all types of dishes from the menu using traditional/modern techniques, fresh and raw ingredients and also recommending them for added menu variety. You will also be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety within the kitchen.
• Involved in development of junior kitchen staff by providing them necessary training in required areas, wastage control, ensure compliance with company policies and procedure.
• The candidates have a clear understanding of the production of cuisine of Star standard.
• Work when and where required within all areas of the Kitchen department.
• Must have to have proper hygiene training included with the all other qualifications.
• Prepare and present high quality dishes within company guidelines
• Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
• Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly
• Assignments may change from time to time for significant purposes.
• Prepares various types of Sauces, Soups, Appetizers or Main course items
• Relevant experience in food production knowledge and experiences in multi cuisine is required
