Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Food & Beverage Production is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ 30-45 Years (may be relaxed for experienced candidate)
∎ Minimum 10 Years Experience as Chef/ Cook in 5 Star Hotel/ hospitality management industry, in an environment of multinational (Continental) cuisine.
∎ Proper Knowledge, Experience & skill in continental (especially French) food production is MUST.
∎ Training on Food Safety, Food Hygine, Fire Drill is expected.
∎ Self Motivated, Responsive and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to arrange, manage & coordinate whole Kitchen Staffs
∎ Fluency in English is expected

Salary: Negotiable
