Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ Monitor daily sales activities to achieve the target set by the management.
∎ Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
∎ Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
∎ Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Master Degree in any Discipline.
∎ Proven 5 years’ experience as Channel Sales Manager.
∎ Good business acumen to forecast the future trends in the market.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Organizational and leadership ability.
∎ Problem-solving attitude.
