Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree / MBA in Finance & Accounts from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Execute Clients / Investors Buy & Sale Order through DSE, CSE terminal and other related works of trading.
∎ To follow the rules and regulations of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) and DSE & CSE.
∎ To explore new investor / Client.
∎ To have DSE & CSE Authorized Trade License / Certificate.
∎ Maintain procurement of Corporate / SME / Retail business.
∎ Require meeting monthly business target.
∎ Reporting: Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports on all products of Retail Business to management. Generate any other report as per Bangladesh Bank guideline and company policy.
∎ Analysis and Forecasting: Responsible for compiling and managing all data related to sales of all products of retail business. Manage dashboard and business matrix of all products of retail business, analyze performance and forecast.
∎ Customer Experience Management: Design, implement, monitor and measure company's customer service department to ensure optimized interaction between company and its clients.
∎ Improve service quality and control at various touchpoints.
∎ Customer Complain Management: Address all customer queries and resolve those to ensure customer satisfaction. Turning out customer complaints into opportunities by improving procedure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Computer literate (Office MS, Office Suit).
∎ Good understanding about capital market and financial reports.
