Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop long and short term strategies and tactics for growth.
∎ To develop brand and messaging to attract and retain customers.
∎ To develop the sales and marketing management plan by reviewing the current overall market situation.
∎ To maintain the plan for strong supply chain management of raw materials and other matters.
∎ To develop and manage budgets for marketing, operations, and technology.
∎ To recruit skilled manpower in all departments, sectors to support the business growth.
∎ To develop a culture of success and employee satisfaction.
∎ To make a plan how to take or pull up the company in the next 5 years.
∎ Need to establish FMCG Business as front line Company in Bangladesh with in shortly.
∎ Need update information with new product launches.
∎ Need to meet revenue and profit targets.
∎ To manage operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have experience at least 10-15 years in the relevant food & beverage marketing.
∎ Attractive customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
∎ Need to analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
∎ Must have the ability to travel for a job.
