BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Distribution Network Division:
Grade: AVP-SAVP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to banks overall deposit status by creating a high-quality depository clientele base
Formulate sales strategies for all deposit and asset-based products
Plan, organize and monitor business development plans and programs of Premium Banking to meet targeted results
Closely monitor the services delivered to the valued Premium Banking customers to build sustainable customer delight
Ensuring accountability for achieving overall team results
Meet budget and maximize the Bank’s earning opportunities
Upsell, cross-sell, provide regular market information updates and trend analysis
Monitor Premium Banking frontline team to actively participate in Digital Activation of their respective assigned customers
Responsible for enhancing and maintaining operational integrity across the full suite of products and processes
Maintaining a strong working relationship with own team and cross-functional team for smooth operations of his/her center
