Job Context:
∎ Organization : BITA (Bangladesh Institute of Theatre Arts)
∎ Project : Joining Forces for Child Protection in Emergencies (JF-CPiE)
∎ BITA is looking for suitable candidates of the below-mentioned posts under the program titled "Joining Forces for Child Protection in Emergencies (JF-CPiE) Project" to be implemented in support with Plan International Bangladesh, funded by GFFO. The project working locations cover Host community in Ukhiya upazila, Teknaf upazila and Rohingya camps in Cox`s Bazar District.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 years' experience in a development organization.
∎ Experience of working with community-based child protection committees and networks
∎ Experience of set up well-equipped facilities for quality child protection services
∎ Experience in running recreational and psychosocial activities for children and/or familiar with community-based approaches to child protection;
∎ Experience in interviewing and reporting of development works;
∎ Experience in documenting, analyzing and summarizing qualitative data;
∎ Experience in providing/ facilitating training, meeting;
∎ Strong communication & facilitation skills work with local administration & negotiation capacity.
∎ Direct working experience with Host & Rohingya Community based project implementation.
∎ Excellent community skill in English is required.
∎ Ability to develop child protection based material development for community.
∎ Strong It skills, including MS ward Excel, power point etc. & capacity of staff development.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 72621 (Monthly)
∎ Salary: BDT. 72,621/= only, all inclusive.
