Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide & lead the Catering Sales Team.
∎ Reports directly to HM/GM.
∎ Visit The banquet centres in the city and asses business effectiveness.
∎ Develop and maintain communications with event planners and organizers in order to bring large events to the hotel.
∎ Study and monitor the business of potential competitors and maintain an advantageous position upon them.
∎ Maintain seamless cooperation and coordination with F&B and Sales department.
∎ Conduct on-site visit by the potential customers.
∎ Maintain contact and communication with the customers’ data base.
∎ Foresee and contribute in marketing drive for national and social events.
∎ Drive banquet business into the hotel and increase market/customer share.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
