∎ 2. Report on profit and expenses
∎ 3. Manage stock and place orders as needed
∎ 4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
∎ 5. Gather requirements
∎ 6. Plan food and beverage menus considering clients’ preferences and special requests
∎ 7. Determine requirements in ingredients and set portions
∎ 8. Manage wait staff and kitchen personnel
