Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the Category Manager to develop a future outlook of the category and an implementation plan for the chosen strategy.
∎ Ensure returning buyer and new buyer growth. Lead CLM project.
∎ Drive the strategy & growth of Watches and Bags categories in close collaboration with the Category Manager.
∎ Build a strong awareness of the Customer Experience for your industry and drive improvements.
∎ Be on top of offline Fashion events to engage with top tier customer and sellers.
∎ Leverage weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting structures and use the data to set priorities for the business in close collaboration with the category manager.
∎ Set bi-monthly meeting with CRM team to followup the progress of buyer base.
∎ Suggest future assortment and seller growth to head of brands & key Accounts.
∎ Search optimization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 6 to 7 years of working experiences in relevent field. (Working experience in Category Management, Key Account Management , Business Development in E-commerce/retail, ideally in the industry)
∎ Excellent communication, Negotiation & stakeholder engagement skills.
∎ Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis, to identify opportunities and gaps - form actionable insights and recommendations.
∎ Entrepreneurial, driven and self-motivated attitude to quickly dive deep into content to determine root causes of problems and implement scalable solutions.
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
∎ Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
∎ Superb business acumen with a desire to manage your own business.
∎ A proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management (both internally and externally).
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presentation skills
