Job Context:
∎ • HEED Bangladesh is Non-Government and non-political National Organization working in the field of Health, Education and Economic Development for more the 49 (forty-nine) years. The Organization invites applications from the suitable candidates for its TB Control Program in Sylhet, Habiganj and Moulvibazar Districts of GFATM project as a sub-recipient NGO of BRAC. Natures of job for Cashier position is contractual.
∎ • One Year Contractual Appointment (With Possibility of Extension)
∎ • Start Date- As soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Assist Finance Officer or the supervisor in maintaining book and records.
∎ • Assist in recording all types of transaction in the books of accounts by preparing necessary vouchers based on the project chart and accounts.
∎ • Assist in organizing procurement and logistics issues.
∎ • Assist in timely supply of logistics and preparing inventory of stock.
∎ • Support in dispatching letters to related office.
∎ • Any other job as required by the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ • Good oral and written communication skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ • Able to undertake travel as required /frequent field visit in different upazilla.
∎ • Minimum 1 (one) year of experience in relevant field or any health care project is preferable
Salary: Tk. 21769 (Monthly)
