Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Process transactions: Accepts deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances
∎ Balance cash: Maintains cash flow and balances the ledger at the end of the day
∎ Provide customer service: Responds to customer queries, solves complaints, and informs customers about bank services
∎ Authenticate customers: Verifies customer identities and signatures before processing payments
∎ Manage cash: Counts and reconciles cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
∎ Promote products: Advises customers on bank products and services
∎ Resolve complaints: Handles customer complaints calmly and professionally
∎ Maintain a clean checkout area: Restocks bags and cleans equipmen
