Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle cash, credit or check transactions with customers.
∎ Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets.
∎ Redeem stamps and coupons.
∎ Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
∎ Make sales referrals and cross-sell Food items.
∎ Solve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
∎ Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment.
∎ Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
∎ Keep reports of transactions.
∎ Bag, box or wrap food parcels.
∎ Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Talk to customers about food prices & daily specials.
∎ Resolve escalated issues with angry customers.
∎ Train and sometimes supervise new cashiers or internees.
∎ Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records.
∎ Make sure the closing settlement.
∎ Performs daily, weekly and monthly audits of cash intake or cash counter.
∎ Count the cash in the drawer at the end of the day ensuring cash equals receipts.

∎ Age 20 to 35 years
