Job Context:
∎ A 100% export-oriented garments manufacturing company inviting application for the post of "Cashier".
∎ Job Location: Aminbazar, Savar, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper management of Petty Cash
∎ Prepare Cash Requisition as per requirement
∎ Distribution cash as per approved requisition
∎ Collect supporting/bills, invoices from different persons who took cash from cashier
∎ Check and verify all supporting documents
∎ Take approval from higher authority of all supporting documents
∎ Confirm regular banking works for company and all directors
∎ Fully liable to operate petty cash
∎ Proper custody of petty cash and other cash balance
∎ Confirm the sufficient balance of petty cash
∎ Maintain co-relation with different departments such as admin, commercial, merchandising, production, SCM to support for cash
∎ Support for cash to all departments when required
∎ Paid for maternity benefit, resign, lefty, hold salary and maintain file for compliance audit purpose
∎ Close monitor the daily lunch bazar
∎ Proper data entry to Tally or Other ERP software
∎ Responsible for timely petty cash entry to Tally or Other ERP software
∎ Maintain cash register
∎ All other Accounting & Finance related work as when required.
∎ Any other work as assigned by the senior management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be experience in Export Oriented Garments Industry
∎ Must have vast knowledge in Accounting Software
∎ All kind of Accounts related experience

Salary: Negotiable
