Job Context:
∎ Social and Economic Enhancement Program (SEEP) is a Child Rights Based Non-Government Organization established in 1986. SEEP works for the empowerment and participation of disadvantaged and victim children in Bangladesh (both boys and girls, including children with different abilities), and their parents and community, so that they can protect and promote child rights.
∎ SEEP is going to implement "Safe Back to School Community based Integrated Case Management Project" under the supervision of Save the Children International. This project will be implemented at Mirpur and Dhamsona Union in Dhaka District. The aim of the Community based integrated case management model is to encourage community members including child protection committees, school management committees, parent teacher associations and community health workers, to promote children`s attendance at school and work together to holistically address barriers to education.
∎ Duration: Duration of the contract will be up to 30th June, 2022.
∎ Position Title: Case Supervisor under Safe Back to School Community level Integrated Case Management (SB2S CCM) Project

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Case Management Coordinator (CMC) to establish remote/face to face case management system at project locations.
∎ Conduct vulnerability mapping in coordination with the project team and Save the Children
∎ Develop capacity and supervision of the case workers
∎ Ensure proper documentation and maintaining Case files both in Soft and Hard copy
∎ Assist in developing benchmark/Criteria for selection of children to support through case management process
∎ Organize training for selected school teachers on case management and referral mechanism for children in need
∎ Execute remote Case Management process following standard operational guideline at project level in emergency period.
∎ Conduct case conference encompassing relevant all stakeholders including child, family, and school teachers to develop the care plan
∎ Ensure proper implementation of care plan in coordination with CMC & project staff and capitalizing referral pathways
∎ Provide Educational learning materials, tools equipment as per care plan
∎ Provide required immediate services directly or through referral
∎ Review of care plan through further case conference for taking decision on case closure or revised care plan
∎ Ensure timely case closure
∎ Assist CMC & Project Manager to produce quality periodic reports

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of humanitarian principles. Experience in implementing programs focusing on: working with vulnerable children, social work/case management with children and families, working with child survivors of violence, children outside of parental care, psychosocial support, etc.
∎ Well-developed written and oral communication skills. Directly communicate effectively with other Caseworkers, service providers, and relevant focal points as part of conducting individual case management and coordination of care. Regularly attend case management meetings, including case conferences, at field level.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a team player; in coordination with volunteers and proven experience in working with disaster affected communities in a sensitive and participatory manner.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel to the field
∎ Knowledge of NGO Code of Conduct. Requires general finance, administration, information management and telecommunication skills and proficiency in information technology/ computer skills.
