Bachelor in preferably psychology, gender studies including others under social science area or significant humanitarian experience in a related area is equally considered. Background in Psychology is highly preferred.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the direct provision of counseling and psychosocial support to survivors of GBV in emergencies. 

Job Summary:

The Case Manager will lead and oversee the implementation of GBV response services, including case management, psychosocial support (PSS), and coordination with service providers. The role focuses on ensuring survivor-cantered, safe, and confidential support to GBV survivors, while embedding Feminist Leadership Principles and anti-racism practices across the program. The Case Manager will work closely with the Project Manager to implement program goals, facilitate capacity building, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure adherence to ethical and protection standards.
