Job Context:
∎ Organization : BITA (Bangladesh Institute of Theatre Arts)
∎ Project : Joining Forces for Child Protection in Emergencies (JF-CPiE)
∎ BITA is looking for suitable candidates of the below-mentioned posts under the program titled "Joining Forces for Child Protection in Emergencies (JF-CPiE) Project" to be implemented in support with Plan International Bangladesh, funded by GFFO. The project working locations cover Host community in Ukhiya upazila, Teknaf upazila and Rohingya camps in Cox`s Bazar District.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in a development organization.
∎ Facilitate of CM related trainings of CM, PSS & PFA, and Gender & SGBV etc.
∎ Regular follow up with DSS (Department of Social Services- Applicable to host)
∎ Effective Engagement of CBCPCs to function community-based child protection mechanism together with facilitators
∎ Capacity of developed different development instruments of process development, training module & program guideline.
∎ Strong communication & facilitation skills work with local administration & negotiation capacity.
∎ Direct working experience with Host & Rohingya Community based project implementation.
∎ Excellent community skill in English is required.
∎ Ability to develop child protection based material development for community.
∎ Strong It skills, including MS ward Excel, power point etc. & capacity of staff development.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 72621 (Monthly)
∎ all inclusive.
