The Caregiver Trainer will be responsible for planning, delivering, and managing competency-based caregiving training programs, ensuring quality learning outcomes, trainee employability, and compliance with national skills standards. The position also requires the ability to work independently, mobilize trainees through professional and community networks, and facilitate self-funded caregiving courses to support program sustainability.

The institute contributes to workforce development, employability, and quality caregiving services through competency-based training approaches.
FBIAHP is seeking a competent, self-motivated, and experienced Caregiver Trainer who can independently plan and deliver competency-based training programs, support trainee mobilization through community and professional networks, and facilitate self-funded caregiving courses in alignment with institutional objectives and national skills development standards.
· Deliver competency-based caregiving training in line with CBT&A / CBLM / NSDA guidelines
· Conduct both theoretical instruction and hands-on practical sessions covering:
o General Caregiving – Level 2
o Caregiving for Elderly Persons – Level 3
o Caregiving for Persons with Special Needs – Level 3
o Caregiving for Infants, Toddlers, and Children – Level 3
o Dementia Caregiving – Level 3
· Independently initiate, plan, and conduct self-funded caregiving courses, including trainee mobilization and batch formation
· Utilize strong professional, institutional, and community networks to enroll and retain trainees
· Develop, review, and update lesson plans, session plans, Bangla hand notes, presentations, and digital learning materials aligned with national competency standards
· Conduct formative and summative assessments, practical skill evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to learners
· Maintain complete and accurate training documentation (attendance, trainee profiles, assessment records, reports – both hard and soft copies)
· Ensure a safe, inclusive, disciplined, and learner-friendly classroom and lab environment
· Mentor trainees in communication skills, empathy, professionalism, ethical caregiving practices, and workplace readiness
· Provide career guidance, employment-related information, and referral support to enhance trainee employability
· Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, safeguarding, and non-discriminatory practices in all training activities
· Carry out any other duties assigned by the management in line with institutional and programmatic needs
