Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service;
∎ respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
∎ Maintain quality control for all food served.
∎ Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer's
∎ experience.
∎ Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
∎ Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.
∎ Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure
∎ compliance with food health and safety regulations.
∎ Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and
∎ service.
∎ Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other
∎ restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
∎ Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to
∎ improve customer service.
∎ Huge knowledge of providing supervisory assistance for restaurant
∎ operations.
∎ Immense ability to resolve issues, bond with internal and external
∎ clients and collect the right information.
∎ Attend quarterly P&L meetings

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 year experience in hotel & restaurant management.
∎ Must be smart
∎ Proactive
∎ Well Organized
