Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:

Job Context:

∎ Project name: Bangladesh Integrated Youth Activity (BIYA)
∎ Location: CARE Rangpur/Khulna/Chattogram Hub Office
∎ Duration: Duration of the contract will be 4.5 plus years

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience, incl. capacity building and logistics management, financial management, and compliance. At least 3 years' experience in Managerial role in relevant field
∎ Committed to achieve results in a short time frame and under time pressure.
∎ Sensitivity to political issues; knowledge of political and governance structures in Bangladesh is a necessity.
∎ Highly communicative and transparent; excellent writing skills.
∎ Proven track record in developing curricula, training and process manuals and toolkits in the field of financial management.
∎ Community mobilization and community-led comprehensive development.
∎ Module development.
∎ Planning and organizing.
∎ Good presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skill.
∎ Communication, networking and negotiation.
∎ Ensure and Promote GEDI and be GEDI sensitive, creating an enabling environment where diversity can flourish and all staff and stakeholders experience inclusion and appreciation.
